Mold-Free Guarantee for Mold Be Gone

At Mold Be Gone, we believe every homeowner deserves lasting peace of mind after a mold problem is treated. Every full remediation project we complete includes our 90-Day Mold-Free Guarantee — so you stay protected long after service is complete.

What’s Covered

Our Mold-Free Guarantee applies to any visible mold growth that reappears in a treated area within 90 days of your completed service.

If the same type of mold returns to the treated area during that period, we will return, inspect, and re-treat the affected area at no additional cost.

What’s Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover:

• mold growth in new or previously untreated areas
• mold caused by new leaks, flooding, plumbing failures, roof damage, or humidity problems that occur after service
• conditions resulting from unaddressed water intrusion, condensation, or ventilation issues identified during inspection

If new moisture enters the property, the guarantee becomes void until the water source is repaired.

Customer Responsibilities

To keep your guarantee active, you agree to:

• repair any active water leaks or moisture sources within 7 days of service completion
• maintain indoor humidity below 60%
• follow any recommendations provided by your Mold Be Gone technician

These steps are essential to prevent future mold growth and maintain indoor air quality.

Guarantee Period

Your guarantee begins on the day remediation is completed and remains valid for 90 calendar days.

If you believe mold has returned within that period, contact our team immediately so we can schedule a free re-inspection.
