• the treated area remains sealed and moisture-free after service
• all recommended repairs (such as leaks or ventilation corrections) are completed by the property owner

New leaks, flooding, structural damage, or untreated areas are not covered under this warranty.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Unpaid balances may incur additional fees or collection costs.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
